Once your return is approved, we’ll send detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. This includes opened or used skincare products, final sale items, and gift cards.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether a refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer a one-time free exchange to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. If the replacement item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit under our 30-day satisfaction policy.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.

Cancellations requested after this period may be subject to a 10% transaction fee to cover processing costs.

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or because it was not claimed from the post office, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

A 15% restocking fee may apply to cover handling and processing.
